Our acoustic meeting rooms offer both options and everything in between. From compact 2-person meeting spaces to spacious meeting pods for 16 people: each space combines sound insulation of 30 to 33.5 dB with professional amenities.

Standardly equipped with ventilation, LED lighting, and power supply, optionally expandable with meeting tables, monitors, and AV equipment. The automatic sliding doors, high-quality finishes, and durable materials make these meeting rooms a valuable addition to any office.

Quiet space for discussions or focused work

The Chat is a compact, acoustic focus space designed for short meetings, 1-on-1 conversations, or concentrated work without distractions. Thanks to its smart layout and high-quality finish, this space fits seamlessly into any modern office environment where calm and privacy are essential.

Standardly equipped with a stylish booth featuring a round table and a Plug & Play unit with 2x power outlets and 1x USB-A+C, perfectly integrated into the tabletop. The sound insulation of 31.5 dB ensures that external noise is significantly reduced and conversations remain private.

For extra comfort, an optional set of benches is available, consisting of a small (70 x 50 x 50 cm) and a large bench (122 x 50 x 50 cm), upholstered in fabric of your choice. Three whisper-quiet fans, LED lighting, and a motion sensor ensure optimal comfort and energy-efficient use.

The Scandinavian series offers meeting and workspace solutions with a distinctive Scandinavian design. The warm felt upholstery in light or dark grey combined with a black or white frame creates a professional, timeless look. With 30 dB sound insulation and eight silent ventilators, these spaces are ideal for undisturbed discussions or focused work.

All variants are modular and can be installed within one hour without structural modifications. Standard LED lighting and ventilation are automatically activated via a motion sensor. Power supply with 230V and USB ports makes the spaces ready for immediate use.

The Work is an acoustic concentration room designed for individual focused work, video meetings, or deep work in silence. Standardly equipped with an ergonomic sit-stand desk (120 x 80 cm) adjustable from 62 to 128 cm in height, ensuring comfort and productivity during longer work sessions.

How much sound does a meeting room block?

Our meeting rooms offer soundproofing of 30 to 33.5 dB, depending on the model. This ensures conversations remain private and ambient noise is significantly reduced. For confidential board meetings or HR discussions, this is more than sufficient.

How is ventilation handled for larger groups?

All meeting rooms are equipped with multiple powerful, whisper-quiet fans. Smaller models have 3-5 fans, while larger spaces like the Lightbox can contain up to 12 fans. With a capacity of up to 165.5 m³/h per fan, the indoor climate remains pleasant, even with full occupancy.

How quickly can a meeting room be installed?

Most models are operational within 2 to 4 hours, depending on size. The Scandinavian series can even be installed within one hour. No structural modifications are required.

Which meeting room suits my office?

This depends on the intended use and the number of users. For 1-on-1 meetings, the Scandinavian S or Chat suffices. For team meetings (4-6 people), we recommend the Stylence or Venus. For large board meetings, choose Uranus, Saturn, Jupiter, or Lightbox Bright.

Are the meeting rooms suitable for video conferences?

Absolutely. The excellent sound insulation and quiet environment ensure optimal sound quality for both in-person and remote participants. Optionally, screens and AV equipment can be integrated.

Can I customize the layout?

Yes, almost everything is customizable. From fabrics and colors to furniture, lighting, and technology. In the Entrance series, you can even have your logo embroidered or add a living wall.

What is the difference between an open and a closed meeting space?

Enclosed meeting rooms (with a door) offer maximum privacy and sound insulation, ideal for confidential discussions. Open meeting spaces like the Breathe are more accessible and low-threshold, but provide less privacy. Choose based on your specific needs.

Are the meeting rooms movable?

Yes, all models are modular and fully demountable, making them ideal for flexible office environments or during reorganizations and relocations.

How do I maintain the meeting room?

The meeting rooms are very low-maintenance. The carpet tiles are easy to clean, and the upholstery is durable. Regular vacuuming and occasionally wiping down surfaces is sufficient. The fans and lighting are energy-efficient and require minimal maintenance.

How many meeting rooms do I need for my office?

This depends on your meeting culture and the number of employees. As a rule of thumb: for every 20-30 employees in an open office environment, we recommend one enclosed meeting room. Combine this with a few phone booths and open collaboration spaces for optimal flexibility.
