Quiet and meeting spaces are booked anonymously by default, and the well-being index is calculated without linking to an individual employee. Each license operates in a fully isolated environment from other clients: even Offyce itself has no access to your space or booking data.
Yes. Via Management → Custom Domain, you can link a (sub)domain of your own organization using a CNAME record; after verification, the environment will continue to run under it.

Once the license is active, print the QR stickers from Management → QR codes and place them near the spaces. From that moment on, employees can immediately find, book, and check in.
The employee app opens with three routes: find, book, or check-in. Booking immediately shows the next four available time slots: the full day overview is neatly hidden behind “Show all times.” No detour via a shared calendar or a schedule that never seems accurate.
Scanning works with any phone’s camera; no installation is required. If someone does use the app, they can also use the built-in scanner. Each code contains your organization’s license, so a sticker that accidentally ends up with another organization will never open anything for you.

The overview intentionally focuses on four key metrics: occupancy, queue, open issues, and service needed, supplemented by up to three key points. Each key point has a button that immediately jumps to the relevant screen, ensuring issues are never lost in a long list.
Each unit is grouped by urgency: schedule now, voucher expiring, soon, or no action. Operating hours, serial number, warranty, and residual value are ready in the unit details as soon as you need them, and a warning about air quality automatically appears at the top before an employee reports it.
The catalog starts with a personalized recommendation based on usage: the type of space that is structurally full will automatically appear at the top. Further filter by space type, number of people, available width, and budget. Adding a unit as a new space and requesting a quote from Offyce are two separate, clearly distinct steps.
The well-being and inclusion index combines availability, wait time, and satisfaction into one score from 0 to 100, including an availability guarantee per space type—for example, a quiet space: access within 15 minutes, with a goal of 98% of the time. Everything is exportable to CSV or a printable version, without ever linking a name to a score.
Enter the desired (sub)domain in Management → Custom Domain, for example space.yourcompany.be, and Space Compass immediately shows the exact CNAME record that needs to be set up with your domain registrar. After verification, the environment runs under your name. Additionally, the app can be installed as an icon on the home screen, on iOS and Android, without involving an app store.
