Every booth is standard equipped with LED lighting, motion sensors, ventilation, and power outlets with USB ports. The compact footprint allows for installation in virtually any office space, while the stylish design seamlessly integrates into modern interiors.

The CallMe series offers acoustic phone booths for every need. From quick calls to prolonged focused work: these phone booths combine compactness with functionality. All variants feature whisper-quiet fans, motion-sensor LED lighting, and a Plug & Play unit for direct connectivity.

The average sound insulation of 31.5 dB ensures that conversations remain private and external noise is kept out. The cabins are fully upholstered with high-quality materials and fit seamlessly into any modern office interior thanks to the various finishing options. Optionally expandable with wireless charging, USB-C, and additional power outlets.

The Scandinavian series offers the highest sound insulation at 36 dB within our phone booth range. The distinctive Scandinavian design with felt upholstery in light or dark grey combined with a black or white frame creates a warm, professional appearance that fits seamlessly into any office.

Both variants are equipped with four silent fans, LED lighting, and a motion sensor that automatically activates everything upon entry. The integrated power supply with 230V and USB ports makes the booth ready to use immediately. Thanks to the modular design, installation is possible within one hour.

The Scandinavian L offers extra space and an adjustable worktop for both seated and standing work, ideal for longer work sessions. Standard colors ensure quick delivery times, while custom colors are available upon request.

How much sound does a booth cell block?

Our soundproofing phone booths offer noise reduction from 31.5 to 36 dB, depending on the model. The Scandinavian series performs best with 36 dB. For comparison: a reduction of 30 dB means ambient noise is experienced as barely a whisper.

What about ventilation? Won’t it get stuffy?

Each base station is equipped with at least two to four powerful, whisper-quiet fans that continuously circulate fresh air. With a capacity of up to 165.5 m³/h per fan, the indoor climate remains pleasant, even during prolonged use. The fans are automatically activated via a motion sensor.

How quickly can a phone booth be installed?

Most models are operational within 1 to 2 hours. The Scandinavian series can even be installed within one hour thanks to its modular design. No structural modifications are required.

Which phone booth suits my office?

This depends on the intended use. For short phone calls, the CallMe S or Scandinavian S will suffice. For video meetings or longer work sessions, we recommend the M- or L-variants. If you need a sit-stand workspace, choose the CallMe L, Groovy L, or Scandinavian L.

Is the phone booth movable?

Absolutely. All models are modular and fully demountable, making them ideal for flexible office environments or when your organization relocates.

How much space do I need for installation?

The smallest phone booth (CallMe S) has a footprint of just 97 x 97 cm. Ensure a minimum ceiling height of 250 cm and sufficient space around it for the door opening.

Can I customize the colors and fabrics?

Yes, all booths are available in various fabric combinations (Jet, Roccia, Facet, or Sealife) and RAL colors. The Scandinavian series features standard light or dark grey velvet with a black or white frame. Custom colors are available upon request.

Are there power outlets and USB ports available?

Yes, each booth is equipped with a Plug & Play unit featuring at least one 230V socket and USB ports. Some models optionally offer additional power outlets, USB-C, or wireless charging.

How do I maintain the call booth?

The booths are very low-maintenance. The carpet tiles are easy to clean, and the upholstery is durable. Regular vacuuming and occasional wiping of surfaces is sufficient.

How many phone booths do I need for my office?

As a general rule, we recommend one call booth for every 10-15 employees in an open office environment. This prevents waiting times and ensures employees always have access to a quiet space when needed.
